My fiancé lives in Honolulu.

He sent l-129f documents to Honolulu USCIS office at February 1st.

we don't get email NOA1 yet.

Do you know someone who got NOA1 already who submitted l-129f document same as us?

Yes, that was a fundamental mistake by the lawyer. Don't let him take any more of your money, find a new one or consider if you really need a lawyer (most straight-forward cases do not need one).

 

What happens now is that the Honolulu office might forward the case to the right place, or they might reject it. Anyways, your case will be somewhat delayed for this reason. Your fiancé (or his lawyer) should check his mail for notifications, returned package and also his bank account to see if the check is cashed. Did you include the g1145 form with the petition?
