Hi everyone! I have a question, my family and I arrived here last October, I petitioned my husband and he has a conditional green card, we are planning on visiting the Philippines this June for about 2 months, will this affect him when he gets the conditions of his green card renewed? How long should he have stayed here in the US? Thanks everyone!

A visit abroad of 2 months will not affect him; he can apply for ROC (Removal of Conditions) 90 days before the two year anniversary on his greencard.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yes, even for the N-400 (naturalization), as long as an LPR has been physically present in the US for more than half of the time, you're pretty much fine!
