Hello

I am filing out the form for our I-485 and by the way I just got married to my fiancee he is very busy at his work so Iam the one filing out the form because he has no time to do it. My question is in G-325A I am confuse if who's name should be written on there is it my name or my husbands name? Please need help asap because my I-94 will also expire on feb.14, 2017 so I have a little time now to prepare. Thank you so much

Yours since it's all about you :)

You don't HAVE to send it in before the I-94 expires.

Just focus on making a good package and make sure everything is fine don't hurry to rush it together make sure everything is fine!
