No I have not been told if our case has been sent to review department. I'm planning on calling them at their late hours (which will be early morning for me) and ask them. I'm really happy that you case has been sent to review department, hopefully this means you'll get CC soon. :) I will let you know what NVC says when I call them.

Well, I am sure we are going to get cc by the first week of March. I see in other thread's timelines that people from October got cc in about 8 weeks, as well as people from November.

I called early this morning to catch their late hour reps (11:00 pm EST 5:00 am Egypt time). I was told that my husbands case is now in review department.

I decided to call again today and waited till this afternoon (2:00 pm Egypt time - 7:00 am EST). I the rep said the same thing, that our case is now in review department. I asked her is she sure that it is out of the mail room and in the review department. She confirmed that it's in review department and it may take up to 8 weeks from Feb 10 when the supervisor review was requested to have the case reviewed. She said it may not really take 8 weeks and most likely less.

So that's nice to know, and hopefully we'll all have a cc soon. :)

Yes in sha'Allah. :) I called twice to make sure. I was told by another VJ memeber that he was approved only 10 days after the supervisor review. :energy:

I sure hope this is the case for us too. Also another member who's scan date was Dec-06 just got CC. So it looks like NVC is trying to catch up from all the holidays, political craziness, and snow days. :)

Hopefully you'll get CC any day now. I believe that they are really working hard to get through December cases. We're almost there :)

You're welcomed. Insha'Allah. :) We just have to stay positive; everything has it's time and path, even if we don't understand or agree, we just have to be patient and have trust that it will all work out.
