In the State of Florida they have a complete list of dead beat fathers that refuse to pay child support,so making lists of unlawful/criminal acts is not new...

It's sad how many have been brainwashed to believe that everything that comes from the media is bad. Yes some news outlets in America (Fox news) is very biased. I tend to use European media. I feel sad for everyone believe the lies that come out of Trumps mouth and it is so sad to see he can not even handle questions from media.

actually the word "alien" encompasses residents and non-residents. Under federal law an alien is any "non-citizen".The argument "everyone knows this" is normally used when you don't have any other argument, so i'm assuming you don't have any references showing that he means undocumented immigrants only.

Yes the unlawful entry is a crime - it goes under misdemeanor. Simply being present after entering lawfully is not. Trump makes no differentiation about the two in the EO.

As I thought. Once again we have to guess what is his "intention". Unfortunately the words don't match the intention you describe. The called for action is for all "non-citizens".

I simply call it as I see it. How other people use this as a "tactic" doesn't invalidate the current point that the methods Trump is using and steps he is taking are in many ways the same that Hitler took. That is fact. I can perfectly fine defend my point of view.

I however DO NOT fully support this EO he has issued,it should have been better researched before it was signed. I dont have an issue with wanting to protect the nation against terrorism,but to cause harm of not allowing LPR's and others that were already vetted before admission is in my view quite wrong.
