Hello guys. My fiance has this same problem now and I am so confused. He filled out the form ds-160 based on the link from the email the embassy at his home country sent him. He got interviewed on the 19th for a non immigrant visa. They denied him a visa, saying he failed to show proof that he will go back.

What is your question?

He was denied due to lack of ties to his country. Do you have a fiance petition out for him?

Having a USC fiance can make it difficult to show that he will return.  What ties to his home country did he show, and what reasons that he MUST study that course in the USA, and not at home or in another country?
