EAD & AP combo card received today

We received our combination EAD and AP card in the mail today...good news!

Still waiting for some notice as to when we will have our AOS interview.

USCIS website AOS case status says...RFE received November 8, 2016. (RFE was in regard to resending them a birth certificate.)

Congrats! Our status just updated to "Your card is being produced". How long did it take you to receive it in the mail?


AOS from F-1 Visa

11/30/2013: Started Dating

09/02/2016: Wedded Bliss! 

09/30/2016: Concurrent Filing of I-130/I-485/I-864/I-765 to Chicago Lockbox (USPS Priority)

10/05/2016: AOS Package Delivered 

10/18/2016: Paper NOA 1, 2, 3, 4 

10/18/2016: Fingerprint Fee accepted

10/30/2016: Biometrics Appointment Letter

11/04/2016: RFI I-485

11/14/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/18/2016: RFI Response Received

12/20/2016: Second RFI I-485

01/03/2017: RFI Response Received

01/12/2017: "New Card Is Being Produced" I-765 [Day 99]

01/18/2017: EAD/AP Paper NOA

01/19/2017: EAD/AP Combo Card in the mail 

04/24/2017: Interview is scheduled

05/25/2017: USCIS Interview

06/07/2017: RFI (Related to the medical immigration officer not completing all necessary information)

06/16/2017: RFI Response mailed

07/01/2017: New Card is being produced

07/08/2017: Card received!

2016.08.15 -- Bangkok Embassy received our case from NVC

2016.08.23 -- Packet 3 sent to Embassy in Bangkok

2016.08.26 -- Packet 4 email received from Embassy

2016.09.05 -- Medical exam @ 10:30 AM @ BNH

2016.09.07 -- Interview @ 7:30 AM...Visa approved

2016.09.09 -- Visa Received

2016.10.02 -- Entered USA (POE LAX)

2016.11.18...Our Wedding Day 

AOS Timeline

2016.12.30 -- AOS, EAD, and AP applications delivered to Chicago PO

2017.01.21 -- NOA1's received via USPS for I-485 (AOS),  I-131 (AP), and I-765 (EAD)

2017.02.24 -- Biometrics Appointment

2017.04.20 -- AOS & EAD approved; NOA2's received via USPS on 2017.04.23

2017.04.29 -- EAD & AP combo card received

2017.06.06 -- AOS approved!

2017.06.10 -- Green Card received
