GOOD NEWS! I got the RFE today, and it asked me for the original marriage certificate (copy) in the foreign language. Phew! I overnighted it! :thumbs:

We are on the same boat, you are not the only one.

If it makes you feel better, my NOA1 for I-129F date is 3/21/2007, just one day earlier than yours, and I haven't received any e-mail nor NOA2 in mail. My case got last touched on 5/24/2007.

same here. well, ours was dated march 28th for our NOA1.

However, no touches... i feel so sad...

oh let me just add that our I-130 was filed first week of January. Till now, no touches... nothing...

I have not received NOA2 since my approval, but when I called NVC today, they had my case. I was told a NVC case number and they said they are sending the case to US Embassy in Tokyo by DHL.

Although I have not received my NOA2, I will update the VJ timeline to reflect my approval, because I could confirm that my case went to the next step.

Same here, My I-129F has no touch since 3/28/2007 and in addition I liked to say that I am still waiting for my I-130 approval which was received by USCIS on 09/11/2006..(Last touch on 3/29/2007) can you believe it, if there any single person who is as unfortunate as I am I would like to wish good luck to him/her...

08-09 - Reply from Embassy Interview Sceduled on 09/17

08-09 - Requested through Email and resceduled the Interview on 08/27

08-24 - Collected Packet 4 in person and Medical Exam is done.

08-27 - Interviewed,Passport is kept and Given a Token to collect Passport with Visa on the next day.

09-04 - Visa in hand, 09-07 Ticket was booked to JFK for 09-10

09-11 - POE-JFK,NY :)) Finally got together after looooong time.
