My Fiancée was approved for her K1 Fiancée Dec-2016 in India  , the visa is good for 6 months and expires in May , My Fiancée had a horrible accident and needs physical therapy, is there a form I need to fill out to extend her visa for one month ,

 

We would both write letters "notarized"   , letters from the doctor , and a letter from the physical therapist ,

 

is there an additional form from USCIS that needs to be filled out or extra fees ,

No form, contact the Consulate.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
