I brought my husband one year ago in a K1 visa , he got here in july.  ever since he has come we have had issues with cheating and he even had left a woman pregnant in his country while we were together. We have one child but i have had enough with all the cheating and I'm done.   Will be filing for a divorce now i want to know what happens once i file for divorce ? his conditional visa expires on july 2017.  Will he be able to apply for anything on his end to get his visa ?

Infidelity does not equal visa fraud.  Op can divorce and move on.  Soon to be ex husband can ROC on his own.
