How are the petitioner and beneficiary related? With spouses, it is sometimes allowed (depends a bit on the embassy). Otherwise, no.

actually i have to show again 2nd joint sponsor as my frst joint sponsors( my uncle and his wife) income dint meet the requirements. my 2nd joint sponsor is my brother but his income also dint meet the requirements and he is showing my bank savings as an asset. in I-864 there is a option part 7 for using intending immigrants assets. ( im the applicant with wife and one child), petitioner is my mom

Different things applies in different situations.

A spouse's assets with the Petitioner/Sponsor's income is acceptable.

An intending immigrant's assets combining with an inlaw's or Joint Sponsor's I-864 is a different situation.
