(with my programming background) i believe someone is looking at your case and probably adding some info or discovery to your case.

if you are clean, you don't have to worry.

and try to get your medicals done early, it now takes 2 full weeks for results to be ready with both clinics

Got LPR status through family in Feb 2017
travelled back to Nigeria in Aug 2017, got married
file i130 for wife and daughter in January 2018
Case transferred from CSC to NSC in July 2019
got RFE in Oct 2019.

next: waiting anxiously for the mail...

thanks oluwaseun for the info, and yeah am clean no worries at all . and my info can be accessed easily.as for the medical am working on that but still considering the gridlocks in Lagos during festive season

It means someone "touched" your file. It means they are working on it.

Thanks for the info Lioness

That could be a good thing . My kids VISA status changed three days in a row and the fourth day it went from Administrative Processing to "ISSUED" . We bless God!!! I pray that this means the same thing for you.

WOW! lagos, long medical, long waiting, it's expensive, so expensive to get this visa, in my case 2 visas and hotel, medical cost ... not easy for anybody and if it's the delay, AP and waiting or traveling to Lagos again ... Sorry, not easy

I agree Eric Tasha, the process is long and very expensive. We had three children that we applied for at the same time. So multiply yours time three and we had just applied for my husband eight months prior to that. We just bless God because only He will get the glory out of this. The results are worth the wait. We just wish that they could speed up this entire process!

Wow! 3 children! I have my fiance and his baby. We can't leave our children behind, it has a high cost but the family needs to be together. God is good, he sees it's all about the Family. And yes, the process is also long, very long but at the end it's worth it.

Good luck in everything!

Tasha

and it's great to bring the Nigerian kids here, so intelligent, so smart and so handsome

Hello deeplove, how far with your visa status now? Has anything changed since the 3rd update? I had my own interview on the 7th of December, 2016 and was given a 221g sheet with the instructions to submit some documents which I immediately submitted the next day. But yesterday I found out I missed some addresses and I sent am email to their office to inform them of that. My status was updated that yesterday 14th of Dec. Does this mean am hopeful?
