K1-adjustment of status (Fingerprint fee)

Hello guys

What's next thing to do after you recieved a fingerprint fee i check my status and it showed it.

Is it biometric is the next? Is that letter im expectes to recieve? Please help .thank you

Hi, you'll get your biometrics letter in the mail soon. Your case will update somewhere in the next months after your biometrics to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" or "request for evidence was mailed". Good luck!

your biometrics letter typically comes in the mail 2-4weeks after you received your NOA's in the mail... if your status doesnt update don't worry too much about if but if you have any concerns that your case is not updating call USCIS... my status was at fingerprint fee received the ENTIRE time even after i had my interview it stayed at fingerprint fee recieved.... it wasnt until 4 days after I got approved for the GC it decided to update!!!! some people case's just like mine just dont update on the website

Are you guys under k1 when you files youR AOS ? If so how long does it take to have your EAD? Thanks so much

i was a k1 when i filed AOS... your EAD is usually approved between 75-90 days reguardless of what visa your adjusting from

Hi guys i received my I-797C lastnight on my mail for both my AOS AND EAD . my question is , is it supposed to be the same alien # with our NOA2 For our k1 before ? Pls help and enlighten me thank you so much
