My case is an IR-1 visa. Which my step is currently filing for my dad and his two children (me & my brother) I have tried to pay the AOS fee on the ceac website for 4 times now and it keeps coming up rejected. It said paid for over 2 weeks now and today I checked the status to be sure but it says rejected. And the website under aos status say pay now, I logged in to my father and brother's status however theirs say aos fee status n/a .. But mines says "pay now" and the money is yet to be drawn from the account. I don't know what to do and I'm stressed out. Can anyone assist me please

hi

you don't have to pay, one per family group,

they have to send an i864 affidavit of support for each of you, but it is only paid once
