How to change appointment interview date?

I accidentally scheduled my interview too early on November 14 instead of November 28 and didn't realize it until today (November 12, Saturday). I can't seem to find an option to reschedule the interview on the UStraveldocs page. :( How do I do it? I don't think I can call customer service right now since it is a Saturday and my interview appointment is already on Monday...

Please help!

I can't have my interview date this early because I'm still waiting to get my passport back from the Japan Embassy (we also applied for a visa for a trip this Christmas) and I still need to do my medical :( Any help would be great, I'm a nervous wreck right now, thanks!

You can return to the interview application website and reschedule, no worries. However, you can only reschedule a certain number of times, two if I remember correctly. After that you have to pay the fee again.

Hi Adam,

Thanks, but there's nothing in the website that allows me to reschedule (no button or anything). I am assuming it may be too late to do so since my interview is already on Monday and it is now Saturday (technically less than 24 business hours before my appointment)? :(

I should have double-checked my Appointment Confirmation, really stupid of me not to have done so and rescheduled earlier.

I guess my only option now is to call Monday morning (day of my supposed interview) to see if I can reschedule? Do you think I'll be able to do so without issue/penalties? I am also considering just showing up at the Embassy and explaining my situation just so I'm not a "no show"... or should I just call?

Sorry guys, I'm really stressed haha. Any advice would be great. Thank you!

You cannot enter the US Embassy Manila without a passport. My mom once forgot her passport at home for our interview for tourist visas as a family and she was not allowed entry and asked to come back with her passport.

I mean I will just show up on the time of my interview and talk to the people at the entrance to explain my situation and ask how I can reschedule (but not really go inside, as I can't, due to me not having a passport)... because if I don't go, I might be considered a "no show"?

This is just me being super paranoid though. I may just be okay with calling the Embassy in the morning of my interview instead? I dunno...

I had to reschedule my ex-fiancee's interview in Manila using the exact same site. It looks like i may be to late to change it now.

They start early and the employee assigned to your case there probably has your file on their desk late last week.

I would call in the morning. Phone: (632) 301-2000They may charge you twice now though since you were a no show.

I know they will charge you for sure if you change it more than once.

Let us know what happens.

Do not schedule again until you have Medical complete and in your hand along with passport.

I'm not a no show just yet, I can still show up on my appointment time and date but explain that I accidentally scheduled too early and don't have my passport and medical yet. Will I really get charged?

My mom once went to her appointment with the wrong documents and she was asked to just reschedule her appointment, and wasn't charged again... I was hoping it would be the same situation?

Oh if your mom experienced the near same situation then for sure do what she did.

When you do go inside remember no cell phones allowed.

Let us know how it goes

Don't stress it will be fine.

You can reschedule your interview from the USTRAVELDOCS dashboard, others have done it before you. You should be able to do this from the Appointment Confirmation box (bottom middle) if memory serves

Thanks but I have looked at the entire webpage and all the links including Appointment Confirmation page and I really cannot find a Cancel/Reschedule option. See attached screen shot for reference.

I guess I really have no choice but to call Monday morning (day of my interview). I am also thinking of just showing up despite not having a passport, for the fear of being labeled as a no show... Let me know your thoughts.
