My ex fiance n I ended the relationship, we had a K1 Visa approved (June 2016) and did not go to the interview. I canceled the process before paying the interview (Sept 2016), we send two letters to the embassy to cancel the process. The embassy in Santo Domingo returned the package to the NVC (Oct 2016) ...

We're talking to get back together again and we want to know if it affects us put a second petition ... Can we stop the cancellation at NVC or must pay again and send another package to USCIS??

Thx

I would think you would have no issue re-applying for same fiance again.

Just have to be ready to explain particularly at the interview why you withdrew the first petition.

You will need to reapply and send an imbra waiver for multiple petitions approved with in two years...

Although it's for you he still needs to send the imbra waiver.
