Hello everyone one of the most helpful advisor Ebunoluwa gave me the idea of creating this thread for those of us that have had our cases sent back and now are waiting for USCIS to contact us to hopefully reaffirm our cases. Lets keep each other up to date and uplifted while we wait on the results. Also you all might think I'm crazy but I have been emailing Obama and sending facebook messages I am stepping out on faith that he might get my message and do something about what we are going through the ratio of approval verses Denial are off. :protest:

Denied 11/5/15

Case arrived back to USCIS 2/1/16

Received NOIR 10/2/16

RFE for NOIR received by USCIS on 10/13 (I did my own RFE)

that is crazy it took 8 months to receive Noir from time USCIS received your case

1. what did they want you to respond to (the issue co had)

2. were you lied on some have post that false information was sent to uscis about what took place at interview

3. did at anytime you contact your senator so see if they could get uscis to send your noir it seems the embassy sent case back quick however you were delayed more here than there.

Please everyone fill in your time lines and if you have not posted review try and do that its important to have this information it give an idea of how cases are moving not everyone has the same service centers. Some people are waiting for their dates a complete timeline and review helps to give idea. Just as we are going through this process others will finish before us and if they give review we can have idea on how to proceed with ours lets keep each other lifted up and encouraged God Bless

It was all lies.

The co stated my husband couldn't answer questions about my educational background. That he didn't know his family members who were in attendance of our wedding and submitted affidavits acknowledging our marriage. She stated that our marriage was a sham. My Senatoe has been helping me since I submitted my petition initially. (From day one, and checks in with me every 30 days.)

That is good that you have your senator I just wish they could have gotten something sooner from uscis so that you could have sent a reply in and maybe have the decision by now as to what they are going to decided.

As for my case: I contacted my senator on the 24th to see if he could get an answer from the embassy stating why I was denied instead of me waiting for them to send it back to USCIS. I took this approach in hopes that I can get to the root of things before its sent back so when it gets here than I already have my evidence piled up to do my rebuttal. This is an idea if anyone has just be denied ill see what turns up than ill give update as to the out come. I will also ask the senator based on what is found out to ask embassy to send the case back instead of sitting on it like I said this is all ideas im using to see what can happen.

1.What did you send in to prove them wrong?

2. In my husband case he was asked only 3 question and only one was about my family that is why I did a review so others can see what the questions were and how he answered just in case they have same issues.

3. please be mindful everyone that if you applied for any kind of visa before they have your case and they might not ask you nothing about your current case and base all question on your past visa request for example my husband first question was who were you going to visit in the usa when you applied for visitor visa in 2013 he told him me and his uncle than co said he not telling the truth because he only put that he would visit his uncle in 2013 and this I believe is when interview went bad just the first question as if to say husband would come here and not visit me you see how things can be twisted so please remember details on past cases so that they wont use it against you.

our CR1 was denied today, my husband said that the CO stated that he didn't see with my income how I afforded my trips to Ghana, which had nothing to do with nothing. as long as my documents lined up and met requirements it shouldn't matter. But FYI I work hard for what I want!!! im so devastated with this, but im not giving up, I will contact whomever I can to get some resolutions to this particular embassy.

BEST WISHES (L)(F)(L)

I am so sorry for what you are going through

1. was that all he asked him was about how you make your money travel to Ghana? in past 3 years I been there 14 times so but if you read my review than you will see the questions that were asked and they never said nothing about my trips there as if it didn't matter.

I don't know what can be done about this.

2. What were the questions that were asked to your husband I wonder was it the income issue that he just used for denial

3. did he get the 221g with anything checked off or does it just say they are sending it back to uscis
