G325a mistake help!

Husband sign the G325 when I was in Dhaka. Problem is, I made a mistake and put my former/old married name (ex husband) instead of my maiden name on his form. Can I just cross it out and correct it, or do you think he should print and sign a new form, and DHL from Bangladesh?? Sigh....!

You can have him print a new form and fix it, sign it, and email it to you. You can print a copy and turn it in.

No originals signatures have been required for that document since 2013.

My husband made a mistake on a part of the name on his G-325 when we did our k1 visa. I just marked it out it a pen and wrote in the correct info. I had no issues at all.
