Is anyone getting a longer wait time from the NVC than the usual 6 week time frame to review Civil Documents and Visa Application ? I sent my documents on September 30th. So I'm at 3 weeks now.

Yes, it's slower than usual right now.

My review was finished today. 50 days after scan date.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

I sent document on sep16, received on 22nd , still not finish . I call they said up to 6 week . My lawyer said we should get something max by the end the month.

I hope so.. wish me luck.

Scan date is September 13th. It has been over 7 weeks now and nothing has been reviewed. They are very slow.

Have you requested for your case to be submitted to supervisor review??

Yes, I did. It went to Supervisor review on Oct 25th and they said Supervisor review takes up to 6 weeks.

OMG I really hope you don't have to wait another 6 weeks. This is really absurd that they are making people wait this long. You already do so much waiting!
