Yes! You must get a replacement for your conditional green card... and also apply to change your biometrics date, on the grounds that you'll have to wait for the new green card to arrive. Otherwise you risk having your petition denied for missing your appointment! Get that new card as soon as possible!

just an update on how this turned out.

we talked to the supervisor at the asc center. he was a very nice man. we explained the situation. we had the passport, state of illinois ids, and appointmetn letter. he was able to verify the docuemnts and let wife and kids take fingerprints. we were about to mail in the replacement for greencard and spend another 1500 bucks. this man helped us glad he was able to let them take their fingerprints. its worht a try talk to supervisor at the asc and tell them incase this happens to you

in the letter it states , drivers license ,passport are fine. Green card as an id is not a must for biometrics unless its N400. I gave my drivers license for biometrics.
