The NVC received all documentation necessary to complete processing of your case. Your case is now waiting for a visa interview to be scheduled at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in MANILA, PHILIPPINES. All parties to this case will be notified when an interview is scheduled.

IMPORTANT: The applicant(s) should NOT confirm travel arrangements, sell property, or resign employment until the U.S. Embassy or Consulate issues a visa to them.

Please be advised that we schedule interview appointments based on the capacity of the respective U.S. Embassy/Consulate General. We are unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.

does this mean it is case complete or not? I still don't see 3 N/As.

The system might not have updated.

When you're assigned an interview date and your file is on its way to the embassy it will change to "in transit' a few weeks before your interview and then "Ready" when the embassy receives it. Right now it will continue to show "At NVC" because your file is still with them.

Yes. As stated NVC is waiting for USEM to schedule a date for the interview. Once that is received, you will be notified and everything will move to the embassy.

Here is a link to the embassy instructions letter so you can get started on their requirements.
