i filed my wifes son's 751 and it was returned.

he filed separately and it was returned because i did not answer section 3. i left it blank. it asked

basis for petition

my conditional residen is based upon my marriage or my parents marriage to a us citizen

check box my spouse

my parents spouse because i am unable to be included in a joint petition files by my parent and my parents spouse

waiver or individual filing request

my spouse is deceased

my marriage was entered in good fatih but hte marriage was terminated

my parent entered the marriage in good faith and i was battered

the temrinat of my status and removal from the united stated would result in extrem hardship

witch box do i check

applicant is wifes son. my step son im the us citizien.

Clearly he is applying based on his parent's (mom) spouse (you).
