More information is needed from the OP about the exact nature and wording of the Notice of Denial. Did you get a joint filing waiver? What type evidence did you provide?

It is time to lawyer up. There are two levels of possible relief from this notice. Your will be placed in removal proceedings and your file will be referred to an Immigration Judge (IJ) for review. During the removal proceedings you will have the opportunity to present your case to the IJ. USCIS must prove that the facts in your ROC petition were untrue and/or that your petition was properly denied. The IJ will then rule on your case, it can go either way. If the IJ denies your case, you can then appeal that decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals in Washington, DC. That is a quick overview of your options.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
