Timeline

My step daughter's interview is coming up in Jamaica. Both her biological parents live in the united states. Can I the petitioner accompany her to the interview? Thank you for any response in advance.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

She lives with my husbands aunt. She handles everything with school for us but we don't have any court mandated documents granting her legal guardianship

Who does she live with? They can take her.

She does not have to be the legal guardian to take her to interview. Technically, u aren't either. If u are wanting a legal guardian to be there, then her father attends
