How can I apply expedite for my I-601? I filed my waiver june. And they received June 29, I just called the uscis and they said still on processing and maybe it will.take another 5 months more because thyre still on January cases. I have mu US Citizen son with me here in my country and he need his surgery as soon as possible. I'm I'm so sad that we still need to wait for another 5 months more. Is there anything we can do to expedite our case? I really need someone to talk about this. I hope someone can answer me. Thank you in advance! God bless

Your son does not need a waiver to travel.

But no one will gonna take care of him there because my husband is working offshore. And that's the only job he has and he's finishing his bachelor at the same time. So it will be so hard for all of us.

I'm not sure what number it is, but I've seen that you can fax them your expedite request. I would call the USCIS again and ask for their expedite fax line and/or email address. Good luck!
