Can i continue to work???? F1 EAD card end date today, applied for Aos. Urgent please help!

Hi all,

So i my opt ead card end date is today, i am married to a us citizen and we submitted our AOS packet yesterday. I am wondering if i am allowed to continue working or i have to wait for my new ead card to arrive ?

You need to wait for your EAD card.

However, you may be able to expedite it based on financial loss (you'd lose your job unless it's expedited).

Call the USCIS, ask for Tier 2.
