Maybe. It will depend on the officer. If the social security earnings show that you were in the US, it might be.

It's amazing how many questions can be resolved with a 2 minute Google search...

proof of usa residency is very very important too the CO this is the biggest issues they want to be assured of.

take as much documentation of residency and physical presence as you can.

you should have more, the CO is going to be questioning your status with limited items.

I am a citizen by birth, I send my ssn and birth certificate
