Hi! I may have screwed up and waited too long to do this.

I'm preparing for our interview, which we will be leaving for next week.

I'm filling out the I-134 information, and I have:

  • A letter from my employer
  • W2s from the last three years
  • Copy of pay stubs from the last month
  • 2015 printed 1040 that I filled out from H&R block
  • Letter from my bank with information

Is it still necessary to have a tax transcript? I just tried to get one online, and for some reason it's not recognizing my phone number so I'm unable to get it this way. :/

The Montreal packet 4 states that this is needed, but I'm getting conflicting answers when I search here.

  • Proof of Financial Support (Form I134) and photocopy of supporting documents (IRS transcript or photocopy of the most recent Federal income tax return, bank statements, employment pay slips, etc.)

Thanks!

You are in good shape. Just send your income tax as USAMorocco said.

No you can send either the transcript or the income tax. If you have your income tax from this past year copy it and send that. =)

Thank you!
