Hello and thank you in advance. Who can officially help you fill out USCIS forms? Does it have to be a lawyer? The reason I am asking is because I saw someone on Craigslist offering form filling help and was wondering of that would be ok to use?

just do it yourself , dont see any point getting a lawyerif your case is straight forward , and def would avoid getting immigration help on craiglist

Spend day or two reading every page of instructions for each form and you'll do it yourself, also guides on vj are pretty good.

Much better than being worried 24/7 if the person from craigslist did it correctly

Hey Hussain,

USCIS Forms are pretty straight forward and can be filled/prepared by anyone as long as the info is correctly stated at the end of the form who filled it.

I'm assuming if you are looking on Craigslist, you are trying to save money by not hiring a lawyer. Then you can also yourself money but not paying some dude just to type in some letters. You will be providing all the data, the person will just be inputting it into a form. If you can find this website and make an account it is easier then this my friend.

There are many guides on this website.

And you will find out that Immigration Forms are not a big deal at all. Hope this helps.

If you still are not 100% satisfied with yourself completing this task, then i suggest you go to a Paralegal/Lawyer.
