Hi everyone.

Anyone who encountered same situation as mine, please i need your inputs.

I received my RFE in the middle of my AOS process stating:

"THe vaccination worksheet submitted with form I-129f is incomplete. We need additional medical information to complete your case. YOu must get a vaccination certification from a USCIS civil sueon and submit this to us."

Questions:

1. Do i have to re-do a new full medical exam when they say they need additional medical information.

2. Does my DS 3025 needs only to be transcribed by a civil surgeon in I-693? (Mine was not marked complete or incomplete in part 2.)

Thank you in advance.

Im just wondering why others were not asked for a vaccination certification by a civil surgeon? Whereas some from the Philippines had the same situation about vaccination worksheets. Others got approved without asking any RFE with the submitted ds3025 just same as mine??

If they had all the required vaccinations at the time of the K-1 medical marked off properly on a DS-3025, then they should not have needed to see a civil surgeon. Sometimes the DS-3025 is not properly filled out. Sometimes all the required vaccinations were not received by the time of the K-1 medical. Sometimes the adjudicator just asks for another vaccinations document from a civil surgeon. Who knows? It can be various factors. Each case is different and adjudicated by different people.

Yours was not marked off as complete and requesting blanket waiver. That could be why.
