What to file next

We have completed the process and have obtained a CR1 visa to the USA by initially paying a $325 fee when we submitted the I-130 and G-325 for each of us, then paying 11,300php and completing the medical at St. Lukes. Finally we paid a $420 fee as we submitted the DS-260 confirmation page and I-864 when we completed the interview at the Manila Embassy.

Obviously the next step is to arrive in the US, which will happen in November, but isn’t there additional paperwork and fees due for such items like for a Green Card?

And where are these receipt numbers that need to be entered to access my account at the USCIS web site? There is nothing on my receipts from the embassy.

I can not find any actual answers as to when to file what next. Any help out there?

You should have got instructions how to pay the $165 fee on the elis system. (I also corrected your $$ above. )

Go to online filing
  • Go to uscis.gov/file-online.
  • Select the “Log in” button.
  • Select “USCIS Immigrant Fee” from the chart.
  • Enter your A-Number and DOS Case ID, which can be found on your immigrant data summary, USCIS Immigrant Fee handout, or immigrant visa stamp.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Thank you for correcting my fees...yes I did have them reversed (325/420), however I never paid that $120.

Before I had made my post above requesting help, I had already been to the site you gave me the link to and had entered the MNL number we got from the embassy...it did NOT work. I also tried using the "Registration Number" on the new Visa and that did NOT work. I also tried all different combinations of the serial numbers on the receipts....nothing work. I also have tried using the USCIS computer HELP and that was useless. I have spent hours trying to make this work.

I guess the only thing left is to call one of the offices in the USA and ask for help or wait until we arrive to pay this fee.

Thanks for trying.

I tried to add this to my answer above, but was not allowed to...

The DOS# is your case#. The A# you add a 0 than your 8 numbers.

You ask what is the ELIS system it's where you go to pay for your green card that is what your post was asking what is next. You said you had interview and got Visa that's next. You can pay before you leave or after you arrive in US.
