So I have been reading on here that US immigration wants to see you talking about stuff that comes up in daily life, not lovey dovey type messages. Problem is that my fiance and I really don't talk about serious stuff on Facebook and whats app. We talk about serious day to day stuff on the phone.We have pretty much talked every day for the past three years. I have about 200 pages of phone records. And the other problem I am having is that I can't go any further than back about March, 2013 when trying to print facebook messages. I have about 1400 more messages that I just can't even download. I have tried at least five times and the same thing happens each time. It gets to about the same stopping point and then won;t allow me to print anything else. I am not sure if its my computer or Facebook. Should I explain this in a letter when I mail stuff in? Will this hurt our case? I have plenty of other good documentation, such as hotel receipts, letters from friends and family, pictures, etc. Any advice on that?

hello, I believe that you will have not problems, if it is not enough will be asked more evidence, however I believe that is not the case, they want to see that you guys have a real relationship, I do not see necessitade to send a letter. send as much as possible. sorry for the mistakes, still I use Google Translate.

For the initial i-129f packet, my fiance didnt include any of our chatlogs. It was mainly proof that we met within 2years (travel itineraries, pictures, visa stamps).

I brought a couple of chatlogs during the interview but the CO didnt asked for it.

03-10-2014 : B1 issued date
03-24-2015 : B1/B2 issued date
02-26-2016 : Visited my aunt in Corpus Christi
02-27-2016 : Meet Ryan and he asked me out 
03-30-2016 : He proposed before I left U.S.
04-01-2016 : I left U.S. I wish I had enough days to marry him.
But, I have a very important business meeting to physically attend in Cebu on 04/04. I also have a business trip due in Japan for May 2016. 
Circumstances lead me to K-1.

Hey I think you'll be just fine! Just to add on to what everyone else has said, I doubt USCIS want to flip through 50+ pages of chat logs. I would just narrow it down so it goes from when you first began talking up until now, with bits and pieces showing phone calls (dates & times) and messages (capturing your general conversations). I currently am putting mine together too, and over 2 years of talking I've put together maybe 15 pages of Skype calls and messages. Good luck on your journey! :D

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Yes, but there shouldnt be so much difference in terms of the initial i-129f packet right?

Processing in the embassy after approval will vary though.

In comparison with other embassies, you're right -- and Manila hands out K-1 visas like candy.

Haiti is a high-fraud country.

It therefore helps if the I-129F petition is judiciously "front-loaded" with evidence of a bona fide relationship.

USCIS won't care about this extra material but will pass it on to the consulate for the officer's review.
