AOS from G4 visa - fill out I-508 or I-566?

Hi all,

I am currently in the final stages of submitting the Green Card application. I am on a G4, and my wife is an American citizen. As a G4 I understand that you need to waive your diplomatic privileges. Both form I-508 and I-566 seem relevant for this. In I-508 you confirm that you waive all diplomatic rights. I-566 is in general for dependents of G4 visas applying for an employment authorisation, but it also seems to be required if you AOS from G4. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Hello Ann-Sofie, like you I'm a G4 visa finalizing the process through i-485. However, with the link Hypnos provided now I'm afraid we have to send form i-360 before sending the i-485 (as one requisite is to send the i-360 confirmation receipt). Have you followed this steps?
