Hello! I am beneficiary. My appartment house changed the address recently and my American fiance sent a letter to California service center to inform about that...but now I got a letter that my house will also change the numbers of appartments, so my address will change again...Stupid, but it is a fact...So I wonder-if our visa is in process already and will soon reach NVC, where should we send my new address? Maybe just to wait while it will reach the embassy in my country and then when I have to inform where to mail the documents-then to show the new address or we have to send a letter somewhere else? Thank you!

Go to their website with your receipt # from noa1...goodluck!

https://www.uscis.gov...

This is incorrect. She would only have to change her address with USCIS IF she was the petitioner.

- I recommend that you click on the Latvia flag under your name and read the embassy reviews. Most likely, the embassy will contact you by email. At that time, you will have to fill out new forms and you can enter the corrected address.

- If the Latvia embassy sends the packet 3 to your home, after you get the case number for the embassy from the NVC, email them at askconsular-riga@state.gov and let them know of your address change, so that they can send it there. [The only reason why you would wait for the case number from the NVC, is so that you can put that number as the subject of your email and get assistance faster]

Your packet 3 is here, btw https://lv.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/
