it is Morocco

they now approve more K1's but when there is any question at all they return the applications

I adviice as I and many of my friends have been thru this embassy

if you have not, you don't understand

some never even get a paper saying why from USCIS that they are denied

marriage really is the best way in Morocco

Morocco has even been known to issue a visa and then revoke it / it happened to one of the members on here / she, like me, has appealed

it took us 6 years to get our visa approved and trust me, i have been thru the entire process and appeal and 3 interviews in morocco

it is a tough embassy and even when people are told to submit an additional document and work hard to get it, they can be returned to USCIS

Some cases have To go into approval also because of more security checks . Don't blame the media cause that has nothing to do with it your not even in the USA yet . Get a letter from senator too . That sometimes helps . For us we didn't have a engagement party but we had many pictures of friends together and also known each other for 8 years on and off traveling . Good luck hope you hear something soon

Of course I understand Morocco without having gone through it. Marriage is the best way for Morocco but not when it has not

been confirmed that a K1 has been returned. Not every K1 under scrutiny gets returned but if OP now marries then the pending

K1 becomes void and another 12-18 + months have been added with a CR1.

A simple senatorial inquiry about the status of the petition and case

location can confirm it and it is not advisable to marry until it has been confirmed that the petition has been returned.

That is basic simple understanding of the process, any high fraud embassy included and that goes for Morocco !

Waiting to get confirmation of a potentially returned petition versus rushing into marrying has nothing to do with

your experience. I say it again, it is very possible that the case is undergoing security or background checks and you have no crystal ball

to dispute it.

Many K1's do make it through Morocco, OP needs to wait until it is known for certain.

IF returned she can marry and move forward with a CR1. For the life of me I don't understand why you can not

focus on that small but all important detail, it will make all the difference. It takes a couple weeks to get this confirmation through

a senator's liaison.
