Hello everyone. I just joined the forum but have been following for a couple of months. I have a NOA date of 9/8/2016 and still haven't heard anything. I didnt not file an N-400 so everyone that is still waiting for this date know that there are some of us who still haven't gotten approved. :/

 

Hope to hear from them soon.

APPROVED!!!! I've been reading this forum for almost 17 months but I never added my timeline here. Today I received an email and also a text message that my case status was updated.

 

Date of file: 09/09/2016

NOA: 09/12/2016

Biometrics:10/11/2016

Infopass stamp: 10/13/2017 (good for 1 year)

Approved: 02/02/2018

California Service Center

 

I didn't apply for citizenship.

My ROC NOA date was 9/15/2016 but my biometrics date was sometime in November 2016. Will this delay my approval? Does USCIS go by NOA date or biometrics date?

Can you remove the divorce refile posdible along my ID? Talked to lawyer, no refile neeed my approval is valid

Just realized that my online status says my case was received on 9/29/16. Is that my NOA date then? In the list, it says 10/3/16 (I did not enter the info myself) so I'm not sure if that's an entry error, or if I initially gave incorrect information (it's so long ago, I can't remember! 😂) Anyway, wanted to let you know for accuracy. Congratulations to everyone that's had confirmation! I'm hoping it's only going to be a few more weeks before approval!

Haha No worries mate. Digging deeper, the answer lies in your signature on your posts. Yes, 10/3/16 was when you got your hard copy of NOA. LOL dont know of why I didnt catch that either. My bad also. LOL. Anyway, it's all good now, and the good news for you is that you are now a few days closer to approval than you originally thought. YAY!  :jest:
