Had my medical exam yesterday in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. When I got my P4 letter, I found list of doctors for visa medical in my country online. I chose doctor Bakir Kapetanovic, I would recommend him for everyone doing medical in Bosnia. He is really pleasant gentleman. To help Bosnians who are waiting their medical, here is some info.

You call the doctor, he will tell you where to meet him and what to bring. It's usually DIP facility in Kosevo hospital, Sarajevo. Bring interview letter, vaccination records, 5 passport sized pictures and if you had serious illnesses bring receipts from hospital you stayed at. At Kosevo hospital, they will take chest xray and give you encrypted CD. Then you will go to other part of town to give your blood for tests. Then, you will go to another clinic, he will check your throat, ears, nose, skin, blood pressure and such. You will be asked if you smoke, drink, do drugs, about serious illnesses if you had any etc. After all that is done, he will seal you vaccination record and some other papers with chest x ray. DO NOT OPEN IT! You will be required to bring it to local hospital when you arrive in USA.

No, no local hospital in the US will ever ask for or need the chest x-Ray or other paperwork you're given.

You would be wise to get the vaccination record transcribed onto a WHO yellow vaccination book for your own safekeeping and also of course to scan the vaccination sheet and any other important documents just in case you lose paperwork.

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

Well, seems like something changed. I've been told to take care of envelope, never let anyone open it, bring it to interview just in caseand that I will have to take it t local hospital or some other medical facility when I get invitation.
