I will have to put Sweden then I don't have a Salvadorian passport just a id. Can i put see attachment on the citizenship field or should I just include in in the I-129f package? Thank you for the fast response

Put Sweden in the citizenship field and attach a letter to the package. I wouldn't put "see attachment" in the citizenship field.

Put the nationality of the passport you will be using for the visa. They will only be issuing one visa, not one for each passport, so use that one. Later in the process you will be asked if you have ever held other nationalities.

No as long as you have proof of your citizenship there.

Because of where you're located I'd be inclined to put your El Salvadorian citizenship to make sure your case ends up at the correct embassy.

A passport isn't needed until the DS-160 and interview so no, an El Salvador passport isn't needed, but I agree that the OP should put down El Salvador as their primary citizenship since they are currently living there. Just to eliminate that issue.

OP if you were in Sweden past the age of 16 for 6m+ you will need a police certificate from there as well.

Also you can put BOTH countries on the I-129F and G-325a as country of citizenship and in fact I think you should do that. I don't see anywhere that a passport number is needed on the I-129F

corrent me if i am wrong but putting Sweden on application would mean he would have to interview in Sweden????

he maybe should get a passport from El Savador and send that info in

No you can interview in any country in the world. It isn't tied to your passport.

Kind of.

You can interview in any country in which you are legally residing. You can't interview in a country you're just visiting but if you're working or attending school there on a valid visa, or have citizenship, you can interview there.
