They are just asking you to confirm that you have the necessary information to schedule your interview. As per your post with the notification, medical, and DS160 done you are good to go. If you don't have the letter yet you may still get it. It took 5 days for Jon to receive his letter (after CEAC showed ready) that they are referencing and we already had everything scheduled before then.

Never mind we are all booked up

I see some forms saying bring old passports and others dont?

Also generally how long does it last at the embassy.

He has a midday appointment how early should he arrive?

A part from his messenger bag and folder of documents is he allowed to take in his mobile phone and charger?

Mobiles, tablets, kindles are all fine, as for old passports I never understand why people worry about this,, I threw mine away, They didn't ask for them.

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi I was wondering when my fiance goes for his medical and takes his vaccination records, does his doctor need to sign them?

His doctor printed a screenshot of his electronic vaccination records showing all dates and types of vaccinations he has received with his name and date of birth and NHS record number I assume this is suffice?

Just to confirm he has collected the correct pieces for the medical

Passport
Vaccination Records
Completed Medical Questionnaire
Birth Certificate
Letter received from Embassy

Is there anything else?

Also should he make additional photocopies of anything to provide them?

What is the form he should ask a copy of at the medical ...to be used at the AOS stage much later?

He needs the police certificate too.

I made photocopies but they can do it there. Make them work for their £290!

The DS-3025 is what he will need for AOS later down the line. They give one to everyone anyway, even if you don't need it. I don't need one because I was on an IR-1 visa but they still gave me one.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Thank you all in check :)

Im not sure if someone knows the answer to this one but on the US medical questionnairre it mentions prior country ....my fiance did a working holiday visa in Canada a few years back for about 10 months, I understand that he was technically habitually resident to the UK though for the purposes of this form does he need to write Canada or leave it blank?

In terms of the I-134 is it required to be filled in CAPS?

I filled it out already and sent it away to my fiance, but looking back I did not type it in caps but just regular format and signed?

I noticed the example was like this so opted for this

Appreciate all replies

Thanks Aubie
