Hello everyone,

So my lawyer gave me this packet that contains a lot of stuff I need to take with me to the interview.

The affidavit of support that is included is just a copy and not the original (Because NVC had it)

Is it ok if I take only the copy with me and not the original?

I hope I can get an answer soon, I'm kinda in a hurry, lol, sorry (F)(F)(F)(F)

Yes it's okay because NVC has the original form already and will send it to the embassy.

Cateogory: CR1

  • NOA1/Notice of receipt: Sept. 15, 2015
  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us
  • Sent documents to NVC: April 11, 2016
  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:

It's fine
