Information about filing I-130

Hi, my name is Adi. This is my first time ever applying for a visa. I'm applying for my husband, who is a UK citizen, for permanent residence in the US. I have been married 5 years to him and I have a few questions about filing the I-130. Now I read that I need to send in evidence of a bona fide marriage like joint accounts or anything that has both names on it. I realized that I don't have anything that has a joint account with us, as I just wanted things to be easier to do with money. On the other had we do have Wills made out to each other being the beneficiary and if god forbid anything happened to both of us both our Wills state it goes to my family, both of them have been officially notarised by the solicitors and has the address of the office we went to. The other two things we have are gym memberships we started together last year but everything comes from his account, as well as Unlimited Cineworld memberships that we both started at the same time and both paid for from his account. Are any of these considered to be evidence of a bona fide marriage? If so, do I send the evidence along with my I-130 and G325A forms? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can send anything that have both of your names on it.

I sent with my I-130 the following things.

Copies of letters.

Text/chat/call logs.

Pictures together.

Letters from friends and families that are aware of your marriage.

Also make sure that you submit a g-325a for both of you and that they are both signed!

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately as we've lived together since after I left school I don't have old phone calls nor text chat records. The only pictures I have are a couple wedding pictures and a picture of when my sister visited. I also have one more question, do I also have to fill out an affidavit? or is that optional and does it have to be notarized?

Do you mean an affidavit talking about your relationship? Not required, but I would recommend it as any kind of documentation helps. It does not need to be notarized.

I have another question. I know this may be a stupid question but just want to be really sure about this. So, my husband and I went to one of the Photo-me booths to take passport pictures, the sheet contains 5 pictures. Do I just cut one up out of it to the best of my ability and send it?

Pictures from "Photo-Me" booths are not valid passport pictures as they do not meet dimension and lighting requirements. You need to go to a place that will take actual passport pictures.
