I think your story is great. In my opinion in some cases its better to be exceeded in information than the opposite. In your case you have a brief summary, it would be bad if you write 2 or 3 pages.

No. They are asking about meeting in person within the 2 years prior to filing. You need to state how you initially met in 2012, then point out your in person visit(s) that occurred within the last 2 years before filing the I-129F. Your previous versions hit the mark better.
