What documents i need to send with I-130 for my parents

hi

and proof of citizenship, if your birth certificate is not in English, you have to send a translation into English of said document

petition for parents are filed separately, so if you are filing for both parents, you will need an i130 for each, separate payment for each, a duplicate copies of documents, same documents for both petitions

Thank you so much for info, i have my Birth certificate in English(got it done in english when i came to USA), parents marriage certificate is not in English, assigned my Dad this task to get it done in English.

Everything is copies except the I-864 form (submitted later) which needs to be a signed original. The originals of all civil documents are taken to the interview by the parents.
