Hello Everyone :)

Just wanted to know how to distinguish if our case has been complete? :) Does NVC send out emails/correspondence to let us know?

Thank you :)

When you look in the mirror and see that you've pulled half your hair out...your case is ALMOST COMPLETE.

I was writing an answer for you but am experiencing a "senior moment".

Hey, thanks for the input. So I called NVC, the lady representative said, "everything looks good". And that they would notify us within 4-6 weeks for an embassy schedule. Does that mean they would be forwarding the case to the embassy and set the schedule at the same time? :dancing:

IF that is the case, then yehey :rofl::rofl: !!!

Congrats on your CC! You should receive a confirmation email next week... you seem to have just missed the scheduling dates for September (since the rep told you to wait 4-6wks for an interview), so you will get an October interview ;) They will not forward your case to the embassy until 2-4wks before your scheduled interview, so if you check the status of your case on CEAC it will still say "at NVC."

Hey you! :) I don't think my case is complete yet, lol  the lady rep gave me a date of August 1 and said that everything looks good. Not sure what she meant, but definitely mentioned for us to wait 4-6 weeks for the schedule. :clock: I'm assuming that is my scan date (August 1)?

As for the 3 N/A's ; here's mine when I logged in at CEAC under the ds260 link (is that the right place to check it out?) :dancing:

** AOS --- Paid -- Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence N/A

IV Fee -- Paid

IV Application -- Completed

Civil Documents --- N/A
