I think it may depend on where being processed. My wife and step son are being done in Baltimore which shows approx 5 1/2 months on the timeline.  I sent in an RFE which was processed on August 12 so hoping to hear something by the end of this month.

I think mine is St Louis, that's over a year!! Oh sigh!

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

Yes, either you call and talk to a Tier 2 Immigration officer or you make an Infopss and ask in person.

Hmm, my EAD combo card came from Lee's summit. I wonder then.

No update on the website, but just had a RFE letter from a different field office to where I live asking for proof me and my wife have a bone fide marriage and life together, guessing this means I wont need to wait for an interview if all goes well with the RFE?

When I called the number, the automatic service said that my case was still at Lee's Summit. However, when I went to my infopass, the officer told me it's at local office. So I guess the information from the hotline or online might not always be updated to date.

My medical expires February 4. So I am getting anxious. 

I think as long as you mail them your medical examination report before the expiration of it, you will be fine.

I am hoping to get an interview notice on this month, January. It's about time.

 

For those of you with a medical form that's going to expire soon. Just mail it to them if it's going to expire before your interview, and it will be fine as long as their receiving date of your medical report is before it expires.

I know. You have to call and talk to a Tier 2 Immigration Officer in order to find out.
