So I have seen people get their petitions approved that had sent their cases in a few days to a week after I sent mine... Should I be concerned? I can't call the USCIS call center because they'll just tell me to wait until 10.4.2016 when it's been 5 months..... I am getting scared, and nervous, can someone please let me know if I should be worried or is this normal?

There are people in March still waiting...you are technically still good my case took 90+ to get the RFE waited 113 days for approval im just now waiting for NVC to send my case to Santo Domingo.

Theres a March filer still waiting for her NOA2 or RFE. Theres no set timeline.

Some people zoom by some wait the long wait. You'll get your RFE if you do get like you believed in previous post. Then you have you wait till they approved or deny. (March filer sent RFE 1 month ago no answer)

Then you will have you wait the 3 to 4 weeks NVC is currently taking to process.

No timeline is a guide line as anything can happen all you can do is follow April see how they are trending.

they have not touched the case at all.... So there's no RFE. I am saying i'll get it because I didn't send all of the pages in.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.
