I am reviewing the form and in part 5 About your children. It states "Provide information on all your children." We have a US born child do I list him so they know we have a child together? Or only list children if they were also here conditionally?

I'm the USC.

Sent I-129F application to Lockbox 01/10/14
(regretted not sending via Express Mail)
Confirmation of receipt via email/txt on 1/17/2014 Transferred to California Center
Received NOA1 hardcopy immediately thereafter
Alien Registration Number was changed on 1/22/2014
Request for evidence (RFE)sad.png 2/21/2014 (missing letter of intent from beneficiary) I wished I had discovered VJ before submitting. Read your VJ forums and ask questions before submitting!

ALL your children, so list him. Check "NO" for "Applying with you?".

Don't forget o include a copy of his birth certificate among your bona fide marriage evidence.

I also had children prior to this marriage. Do we need to list them also even though they are unrelated to my husband applying for removal of conditions?
