Event Description

Embassy Review : From my fiance. He also relayed to me that the young american man was very polite and spoke nepali very well. he felt very comfortable and could see they were respectable people.

I reached the embassy at 12:30 to have the interview at 1 pm. They took me to security check and took my bag and they sent me to the interview room. I was the first person to get inside that room and wait for the interview. I was not asked to bring any document for the interview though. (They had already taken my documents when they scheduled appointment day) They wanted me to pay the interview fees that's 24000 nrs. Secondly they called me to take my fingerprint and again wanted me to wait for some time. Now there were around 30 people waiting for interview. I was thinking they would call us into another room for interview. After waiting for an hour they just called my name to the window and started asking questions...... how did you meet ? Why did like to learn that language ? Did you ever try to go US before ? Do you have any relatives in there? Are you married before ? Was She married before? Does she have children ? What are their ages? What does she do for living ? Where does she live ? Where will you get married ? I just simply answered those questions. I was true so he just said... EVERYTHING HERE SEEMS TO BE TRUE SO YOU ARE APPROVED ... CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME TO USA.... Omg I felt so happy, I was almost going to cry. I just came out and gave a first call to my love though she was in deep sleep. Thank god, he listened to us because our love was true...........
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
