Timeline

Morocco is an embassy known for putting people into AP after interviews. So you can go to the Moroccan Portal and see what the timelines look like for others who have recently interviewed but I am doubtful that they're going to be similar enough for you to get an estimate. The length of AP can last anywhere from a couple of days (everyone has this because of administrative delays, printing the visa, etc) to years (due to background checks and other unknown things). Whatever you do, do NOT buy a plane ticket or book a wedding venue or anything else that's not refundable before the beneficiary has their visa/passport in hand.

K-1 from Haiti - NOA1: 5/27/2014; NOA2: 7/8 USCIS never updated to say that it was sent to the NVC (just in case you're as concerned about your status not updating as I was about mine)
NVC Case Number Received: 7/31; Left NVC: 8/1 - tracked via DHL website; CEAC Status - Ready: 8/7; Packet 3 Received: 9/5 - Beneficiary received packet / Medical Completed: 9/19;

POE: 11/23/2014; Wedding: 2/14/2015

AOS/EAD/AP Filed: 2/21/2015;

My husband had his interview in June 2007 and got his visa in Nov 2007. He was told it would take 2 months of AP and he would have his visa. Yup, 5 mos total. Like JR loves JR said, don't make any plans. Good luck to you :)
