When 221g form received after interview with note that case is being returned without reason for denial approximately what is time frame before following up with uscis?

When 221g form received after interview with note that case is being returned without reason for denial approximately what is time frame before following up with uscis?

It's taking over 12 months. 15 to 18 months to get notification from USCIS. Sorry. Does your 221g say anything else besides Visa refused and petition being returned?

when they gave no reason, it means FBI check. and its for 95% of all people who went for Interview. So don't worry just wait till the FBI check over

You are thinking of AP, a temporary delay. Here, a decision has been made already to refuse the visa and send the case back. The Op needs to prepare for a NOIR.

Op- they may not have given you an official reason, but you can usually guess the reason from what you know about your relationship, and what went on at the interview. For example, are there any red flags in your case such as recent divorce, only one meeting, large age difference etc? What sort of questions did the CO ask at interview, what topics did they seem to linger on?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

The only question the officer questioned was one short visit to Senegal and married. The letter stated that it is being returned to nvc for review and petitioner will receive notice concerning reaffirmation or denial.

well your category is different than mine, The CO told me my visa is ok but first FBI check... and in the White Slip he just check the ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS box....

I think you should better call Embassy and asking them for your case update
